    Does this mean we can eat organic wheat with no reaction? Exaple organic bread fro the supermarket?

    Don I appreciate the distinction you make highlighting it’s not an intolerance to gluten but a reaction to the chemicals… and isn’t this, THE CHEMICALS, the very thing that makes it IMPORTANT & NECESSARY to stay away from processed flour, processed grains.
